Delivery

If I could give you a negative I would, I have never had to go on someone website to write a bad review. I purchase chocolate for 5/5/2021 for someone's birthday. I requested same day delivery, it allows you to purchase but after you purchase it states for the next day. I call customer service 4 times and they tell me oh due to Mother's Day we can not get your stuff deliver today but we will deliver the next or 2 days later. Her birthday is 5/5 not the 5/6 or 5/7. You will not cancel my other and every time, I request a supervisor they are on the phone. I have been waiting 3 hours and still no call from a supervisor. Why say same day delivery and you can't do it that day. That is not acceptable but you can take my $91.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Supposed to have an arrangement delivered yesterday for Easter, today. Got an email saying it was. LIE! NEVER DELIVERED! Gave me a hard time getting refund! DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

My order was never delivered

My order was never delivered. I tried calling and Chat and I keep getting cut off. I finally just decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. I read all the bad reviews too late. I'll never order from 1800Flowers.com or Fruitbouquets.com. They have the worst service and customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Seriously, don't ever order from here. What they don't tell you is that what you order is NOT what is pictured. They also don't actually make the fruit arrangements. They outsource the "florists". So this means that literally any random person could be making your order and it doesn't have to be a real business, it could be ANY BODY. I placed an order last week to be delivered today before 5pm. After looking at some pretty terrible outcomes of arrangements they have provided, I asked if the arrangement would look like the picture and who would be making it. They would not release the company or name of the person making it. I then asked for them to please contact the person and have them send me a picture of the arrangement so I wouldn't be humiliated by gifting someone a terrible fruit bouquet. They could not get ahold of the company. I ended up changing the address of delivery to myself (same zip code and about two minutes away from the original address). They changed the address, but I never received any confirmation of this. I called several times asking where the order was and they couldn't get ahold of the person making the basket. It was guaranteed delivery before 5pm, it still never showed up even after 6pm. I ended up pressuring them to refund my order. During this pandemic, you don't want some random person making an edible basket for anyone. I looked further into this company and YES THEY CAN SUBCONTRACT THE WORK TO A RANDOM PERSON IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE SOMEONE WHO MEETS ANY STANDARD PRACTICES. This company is pretty much the same price as Edible Arrangements so just order from there instead. At least they have facilities that are legit and have safe practices.

Supposed to be a BDAY surprise

I was hopeful since it was my mom 60th and it was a part of her birthday gift that it would have arrived early morning mid afternoon however, it did not arrive until 9:00 p.m. so I was a little bummer but the flowers were nice and she enjoyed the strawberries.

For Grandpa in a nursing home

Ordering was quick and simple. I was able to choose from a small list of beautiful items. Went with 12 chocolate covered strawberries and added a HB ballon. Even tho, I didn't get to see the delivered items. My aunt messaged me a thank you and that he loved them. Very satisfied

My Mother was beyond impressed:-)

I ordered my mother the Lg choc fruit bouquet arrangement and Choc strawberriesw/balloon and it was a surprise and an amazing one apparently:-) she was very impressed and is enjoying this as I write you:-) She said fruit was So fresh, choc strawberries are her favorite. Everything was PERFECT down the balloon and message on her card. I am in New Hampshire so she sent me the pictures:-) THANK YOU again for the A+ service and product, shes had a hard couple weeks she needed a smile:-) EVERYTHING was Perfect!

Delivery

My order was delivered to the wrong address (622 Buckalew). Thankfully the neighbor asked my daughter if it was hers but not until after 9pm.

So because of that, I was not happy.

Dad's Birthday Surprise

My father received the Fall Arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful. Fruit was very fresh and delicious. He was very please which made me feel extremely satisfied with my choice.

Very disappointed

Last Friday I decided to order fruit and chocolates for a sick friend. I ordered and was told it would be delivered the same day and gave us a confirmation number. Later I received a phone call statIng they were very sorry but that the florist was overwhelmed and could not deliver our order. They said for our inconvenience they would send a $20.00 gift card and they would deliver our order before noon on Monday. We did not hear anything on Monday so we called around3:30 to see what happened. After holding for 45 minutes she came back on to say it was not delivered and would not be delivered because they could not get a hold of the vender. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after holding another 20 minutes she stated she was very sorry that it could not be delivered that day maybe tomorrow. At the point we asked for the order to be cancelled and made other arrangements. This was very embarrassing since we had already notified the recipient. Thank god for choice and options. Your services will never be needed again.

Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
